Q1: Do you ship worldwide?
A1: Yes, we can ship worldwide.
Q2: Where do you ship goods from?
A2: Shipped from our China warehouse, US warehouse is in preparation
Q3: What is the shipping cost?
A3: A shipping fee of US$6-$15 is required for one item, and free shipping for orders over US$60.
Q4: What is the shipping time?
A4: All orders will be shipped from Evokecho’s warehouse within 1-3 business days from the day we receive your order and payment has been confirmed. The shipping time is approximately 6-12business days.
Q5: How do I track my package?
A5: You can find the track order link in the footer of the website, or log in to your account to check the logistics status on the order page. If you need a team member's help to check up, please contact our service team at help@evokecho.com and we will be in touch with a status update.
Questions about Payment & Order
Q1: What payment terms you can accept?
A1: For payment, we accept Credit Card, Paypal, Shopify Payment, Apple Pay, etc.
Q2: My payment was declined, why? How to solve it?
A2: If you made the purchase via Credit Card and failed, could you please contact your bank for a solution? If the issue cannot be solved, please do not worry, we accept other payment methods as well.
Q3: How do I cancel my order?
A3: If the order, if not shipped out yet, please contact with our Service Support Team at help@evokecho.com, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Q4: Is my information secure using this site?
A4: Yes, Evokecho takes precautions to protect your personal information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Please don’t worry about this.
Q5: What if my address is wrong?
A5: If items have not been shipped, please contact us in time to modify the address and send an email to help@evokecho.com to explain the situation; if items have been sent, we will contact the logistics company to terminate the delivery and mail them to the correct address.
Questions about Returns & Refunds
Q1: What items are returnable?
A1: a)- We can accept returns within 10 days if the product quality is defective. b)- All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn, with tags still on. Without exception.
Q2: How do I return a product?
A2: Contact the Evokecho service team at help@evokecho.com to confirm the details. You need to provide order information, reason for return, and photos of product quality problems to ensure that the item is eligible for return. Once an agreement is reached, the service team will send detailed return information and you can return the item using the shipping method of your choice at your expense. A return tracking number will be required upon return.
Q3: What is your refund policy?
A3: Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after you receive our confirmation on the cancellation.
Q4: How will you refund me?
A4: The refund is applied to the original payment method.
